If an item arrives damaged please send a quick photo to noliliescompany@gmail.com and we will either replace the item or refund the cost.
If you want to cancel your order please do so within 3 hours as we will aim to ship the items as soon as possible after receiving an order.
If you don’t like the items please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will either offer a full refund or a 50% refund and you can then donate the items, whichever you would prefer. For hygiene reasons they need to be returned unused and unopened before we can issue the refund.
